The INNOVATIONS life planning process guides clients in a collaborative process to redesign their lives and implement changes
to prepare for their future. Early planning can insure the potential for broader life options and a smoother transition into
the next phase of life. Starting this process in your 40’s or 50’s is not too early, just as you would plan for the financial
aspects of retirement many years ahead. However, clients can benefit from this process whether they are suddenly laid off and
facing early retirement, are still in the height of their careers, or already fully retired.

This package is designed for those who are thinking ahead and want to take a closer look at their
life right now with an eye on the future. This process of evaluation and exploration will involve
three hours of in-person meeting time.

Redesigning Your Future ~ Complete Life Planning Package
This package provides a comprehensive experience of life assessment and planning designed to set a
course for the future with a plan for implementation. We will engage in a process of evaluation,
exploration, planning, and follow- through specifically tailored to your needs. This package
includes use of assessment tools, assistance with research and resources, and phone coaching sessions
to facilitate implementation. It will take place over six to nine months.

The Gift of Legacy
As boomers turn the corner into their 60’s, the word "legacy" takes on a new meaning.
People are starting to give more serious thought to how they can "make a difference" not only
for today but in ways that will last beyond their lifetimes. Commitment to the well-being of future
generations can take many forms from philanthropy to transmitting of values through an ethical will or memoir,
to the development of a foundation, or involvement in social action. Each is a unique expression of self.
This package is designed to help clarify values, envision and then implement a plan to impact your family,
community or society in an intentional, enduring way through the creation of a personal legacy. Individually
designed services may include collaboration with other professionals and assistance with research and resources.
